J and A come to Seattle (Again)

J and A visited last week and lucky for them it rained and rained every day they were here. (Well, it is Seattle!) When S saw them coming down the escalator at the airport he threw his head back and laughed and laughed. It was way cute. When we got home that night J and A brought out the gifts (they were trying to outdo Aunt J...and I think it was a tie). They brought S a cool little gun that shoots soft sponge discs plus a huge bag of candy, they brought Mom some Junior Mints and Yorks, and for Dad the biggest bag of cokebottle candies ever!!! S was way excited about his gun and loves to play with it.

The first day J and A were here, we went into downtown Seattle to wait for Dad to get off work. We took S to the Children's Museum, where he and "Jase" had a ton of fun together...This is one of S's favorite places to play in the Museum. The ball goes up with a puff of air and S likes to try and catch it.
J and S being "disc jockeys" in the studio. It looks like fun!
J and A had never been to the Cheesecake Factory before, so we HAD to take them. This is S's way of saying, "cheese!" We took a long three-hour drive to the Quinnault Temperate Rainforest, it was raining there too, (dah).

We saw two impressive waterfalls in the rainforest...Can you find J and A in the second picture???

We even saw the Pacific Ocean. It was freezing, but we got to walk on the beach for a second before it was unbearable.

That night we went to another exciting Sonics game. Some are blowouts (not for the right team either), but this one was close and kept us interested the entire time. Another "cheesy" picture from S!!

After the game, we got some good shots of the Spaceneedle in the night sky.

A and Mom, along with S, got to go to the Seattle Aquarium. S's favorite part was where he got to touch all of the sea plants and other "safe" creatures in the touching pools.

And...Snoqualmie Falls was our last stop of the trip!! It was the fullest I have ever seen it!!
